"I am on a mission to equip others to live a liberated and limitless life"
Danielle provides information and inspiration for women searching for freedom. Her life turned upside down in 2020: midlife divorce after 19 years of an emotionally destructive marriage, closing a church she co-founded, selling the house where she raised her children, AND balancing it all during the pandemic.
This experience was transformative and led her to uncovering the roots of trauma deep in her soul. Now, she is getting reacquainted with the little girl inside (her true essence) as she navigates midlife and live joyfully, out loud.
Danielle currently works as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Legal Services Corporation. Her prior roles include Director of Learning and Impact at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence where she built and managed a team responsible for developing and delivering training, providing resources, and consulting and facilitation services to 750 nonprofit members and partners throughout Virginia. She pursued nonprofit work after 20 years in various human resources positions in both uniformed service (US Army) and civilian Federal service (Department of Defense).
Danielle received her B.A. in Communications from Saint Augustine’s University and a M.Ed. with concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from American Intercontinental University. She holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from the University of South Florida, and a Personal Development Coaching Certification from Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute.
